Fees & Pricing Structure
At AMPD, we believe in transparency and have all-inclusive fees. All-inclusive fees mean no extra billing around the holidays and easier budgeting for families. You will be billed the same amount every month* – regardless of your program.
Recreational Dancers are charged a one-time per season, non-refundable registration fee of $30 to confirm their spot. Families with multiple students receive a discount on subsequent dancer registration fees.
Family Discount – Save on your monthly tuition! Recreational dance families receive discounts for additional registered dancers. A family’s second registered dancer receives 5% off their monthly tuition fees; a third registered dancer receives 10% off monthly tuition.
Multi-Class Discount – Individual recreational students who take multiple classes benefit from a multi-class discount. This discount is applied to individual students, as is not applied to all the dancers of a family.

Tuition & Withdrawal Policies
Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal from a class must be submitted in writing to absolutemotionstudio@gmail.com at least 4 weeks prior to the desired withdrawal date.
Tuition Charges: Upon withdrawal, you will be charged for the time enrolled in the class, as well as an additional 4 weeks’ tuition calculated from the date the withdrawal notice is received.
Continued Attendance: Despite the withdrawal, the dancer is welcome to
continue attending the dropped class for the 4-week period following the submission of the withdrawal notice.
Late Payments: Outstanding account balances of 30 days are subject to a 15% late charge, or a minimum of $25. Outstanding balances beyond the initial 30 days are subject to an additional 25% late fee or a minimum of $50 charged on the amount owing every 30 days. Clients with outstanding fees are not permitted to attend class until the account balance is rectified.
Student Absences: Absolute Motion is not responsible for student absences. Students who are absent due to illness, family vacation, school event etc, are welcome to attend a make-up class in another genre within their age range. AMPD studio is not responsible for scheduling private lessons or make-up classes for students who miss of their own accord.
Penalty-Free Changes/Withdrawals: Class changes or withdrawals made before September 8th, 2025, are not subject to any penalties or additional charges.
Withdrawal After September 8th, 2025: Any withdrawals from classes made after September 8th, 2025, will be subject to the aforementioned withdrawal policy, including 4-week tuition charge.
Student Absences: Absolute Motion is not responsible for student absences. Class Cancellation: Absolute Motion may need to cancel classes for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to inclement weather, teacher illness/absence, lack of registration, etc.
Classes cancelled due to weather will be refunded within 15 days of the cancellation. Only classes cancelled by Absolute Motion are eligible for a refund. Failure to attend class due to illness, vacation, or outside event does not merit a refund from Absolute Motion. Students are welcome to make up missed class within a 4-week period on another day/time that suits their schedule.
